I showed up to J's with a nail in my tire at 4:45 at night. I was driving a rental car and needed to head back to Kansas City. Not only did the owner immediately help me out, but he said let's figure out a way to get back to Kansas City. The kindness and professionalism at this place is unparalleled. They helped me solve my issue while also ensuring my safety. They are a wonderful business who cares about their customers.

Very unfriendly. They take forever to do simple things like replacing your tires and give unrealistic timeframes. Owner is also a creep. Would give 0 stars if it were an option.

Justin and his team do a great job at diagnosing car issues. I have taken multiple vehicles here, and their service is quick and reasonably priced. I was looking for a new local auto shop to get my oil changed and found J's on the list of businesses on the West Side Chamber members list. They did a great job, quality work and you could tell all employees really loved their job (one guy was even singing with the radio - love it!) Very friendly staff all around. I will definitely be back!
